• Keeping in mind our guiding principle, restoring hope to broken and wounded people, we will provide encouragement to people who struggle with non-organically caused psychological and spiritual problems.
  
• In our presently urbanized and fragmented society, we will endeavor to be healing community for the restoration of people who are hurting.
  
• Our counselors will render spiritual care and guidance for holistic growth and maturity of individuals and families. This is done through telephone as well as face-to-face counseling, family therapy, support and care groups, teaching/learning thru audio and video tapes, play therapy for children.
  
• As a resource center, we will sponsor seminars and workshops in offices, schools, churches, and community centers on relevant issues that need to be addressed.
  
• We also network with medical, welfare, and legal practitioners for referrals to those in need of assistance.
